If you’re interested in a late afternoon/early evening class please let me know. I’m happy to run a class if there are enough people.

Gentle Yoga

A class designed for those students wanting a slower paced practice, for those with physical issues, or for the mature person starting out in yoga.  There is an emphasis on breath awareness and increasing flexibility, though asanas (postures) to increase overall strength are also practiced.

Gentle & Restorative Yoga

This class begins with the body in a restorative pose and breath awareness.  Restorative poses use props to support the body in a way that it can soften and relax without having to do anything.  The class then continues with gentle poses increasing flexibility and gentle strengthening.  

Hatha Flow

This class explores a variety of postures held for several breaths with a strong focus on alignment.  There is an emphasis on breath awareness and concludes with a short meditation.
